Svježe rezano povrće (BABY LEAF SJEME)

Svježi proizvodi za brzo korištenje, očišćeni, oprani, osušeni, narezani i upakirani u "inteligentno pakiranje" predstavljaju najvažniju inovaciju u području potrošnje svježeg povrća. Oni se uglavnom distribuiraju iz velike organizirane distribucije, od strane privatnih marki ili popularnih brandova . Tajna takve popularnosti je u kombinaciji brze pripreme, velike praktičnosti, svježini te izboru zdrave namirnice. Ovi proizvodi su posebno namjenjeni mladim, aktivnim, urbanim korisnicima. Italija je druga europska zemlja, zajedno s Francuskom i nakon Engleske, u potrošnji proizvoda koji su odmah spremni za konzumaciju. Možda je sada početak za hrvatsku.

Zbog različitih zahtjeva potražnje tržišta razvijena su različita pakiranja: paketići od 80 do 1.000 grama sa jednostavnim sadržajem proizvoda, pojedinačno ili mješovito (salate, rukole, mrkve, radići i endivije, kukuruz salate, špinati, itd.), čaše od 80 - 250 grama (uz već navedene vrste još se pakiraju i krastavci, mrkve, paprike, cherry rajčice, rotkvice, kukuruz, i sl.), proizvodi namjenjeni kuhanju koji se uglavnom distribuiraju od strane supermarketa i hipermarketa (špinati, blitve ili pomiješane rehidrirane leguminoze za juhe), sofisticirane kombinacija proizvoda koji sadrže mix do 20 elemenata, zajedno s priborom za jelo, salvete i dressing.
Potražnja za navedenim vrstama pakiranja je u porastu, a za takav veliki uspjeh potražnje za svježe rezanim proizvodima zaslužno je povećanje broja ljudi koji se hrane izvan doma, jedu voće i povrće u barovima, self service restoranima te prodavaonicama brze hrane.

Unutar “svježe rezanog svijeta" , koji se uvijek razvija, sam vrh su "bebi listići”. Ovi mladi listići, lijepog oblika , nježnog ili oporog okusa, često dolaze iz organskog uzgoja, pružaju lagani okus svježine i zdravlja, bilo pakirani u pojedinačna ili miješana pakiranja u omote, pakete ili monodozne čaše.

Za specijalizirane uzgajivače Sais je razvio i nastavit će poboljšavati specifičan raspon sjemena za uzgoj “bebi lišća” za talijanske klasike" (blitvu, ljubičasti kupusa, radiće, endivije, salate, rukole), "specijalitete" (crvena i žuta chards, salate, trputac, prkos, senf, špinat, kukuruz salate), i "Orientals" (Pack Choi, Tatsoi, zeleni i crveni senf, mizuna).

Fresh Products for prompt use, cleaned, pre-washed, dried, cutted and packed in Intelligent packaging is represent the most important innovation in the field of the fresh Vegetable consumption. They are mostly distributed from the big organized distribution, by private labels or attractive brands. The secret of this popularity is given by mixing together quickness in preparation great practicity, genuineness and healthiness. These products are especially addressed to young, active, urban customers. Italy is the second European country, together with France and after England, in the consumption of products ready to be eaten, maybe now is beginning in Croatia.
High market segmentation and different required packages: packets from 80 to 1000 grams containing simple voluminous products, single or mixed (lettuces, rockets, carrots, chicories and escaroles, corn salads, spinaches, etc), cups from 80 to 250 grams ( adding to the above mentioned varieties cucumbers, carrots, peppers, cherry tomatoes, radishes, sweet corn, etc), products to be cooked mostly distributed from supermarkets and hypermarkets ( spinaches, swiss chards, or mixed soups with rehydrated legumes), sophisticated combined products containing up to 20 elements , together with cutlery, napkins and dressing.

Packaging’s for communities are increasing, thinking that this big success obtained by the fresh cut products is a result of the increasement of people having their meals out of home, eating vegetables in fruit bars, self services and fast foods.
Inside the fresh cut “world”, always evolving, the top segments are the “baby leaves”. These young colored leaves, with nice shapes and delicate or pungent tastes, often coming from organic cultivations, are giving a great image of freshness, lightness, and healthiness, alone or mixed, in envelopes, packets or monodose cups.

For specialized growers Sais has obtained and will continue to improve, a specific range of seeds for baby leaves made by “Italian classics” ( chards, violet cabbages, chicories, escaroles, lettuces, rockets), “specialities” ( red and yellow chards, cress, bucks horn plantain, purslane, mustard, spinaches, corn salads), and “Orientals” (Pack choi, Tatsoi, Green and Red mustard, mizuna).
